George asked Zoee to marry him over a Mt Bonnell sunrise, and presented her the gift of a romantic photo shoot to celebrate their engagement. Like a true gentleman let her clean up out of her jogging suit to put on makeup before meeting for photos later that day! I had a wonderful time starting to get to know them at Summer Moon Cafe on Main Street in Buda, Texas. The store fronts are fantastic, quaint locations for portraits with the vintage masonry and lush landscaping. They wanted an unposed session, romantic but not sappy or too private, so we spent some time chatting over mugs planning a casual photo shoot. I think these images capture their personalities with a little fun, a quiet romance, beautiful people with a deep connection and long-lasting friendship that makes them perfect for one another. I wish you both good luck in your future as you set a date and plan your wedding and lives together!
I love when a set of images tell a story. George wanted to surprise Zoee after his proposal with a romantic photo shoot, but he explained he didn’t want anything too sappy or intimate. As most of my clients are a bit camera shy, it was nothing new to have requests for classy, understated emotional portraits. He chose the vintage, slightly rustic venue of Summer Moon Cafe on Buda’s Main Street. His new fiancee was a bit teasingly enticing him into a little smooching, and the look on his face says it all! Congratulations to you both, adorable and sweetly in love!
