Leslie and Dane tied the knot at Le San Michele manor-style venue in Buda, TX tonight! Leslie has a huge personality with terrific smile, and working with them for their engagement and wedding photos was a pleasure because they were both always so happy and funny. This gorgeous venue is tucked away in Buda with some of the most meticulously manicured grounds I’ve seen. There were so many beautiful backdrops to photograph this beautiful couple on their wedding day.
Jamie and Edward have family in Austin and came in for their engagement and bridal shoots, but since they both live in Victoria, TX, they were married there at Spring Creek Place Events. Their love of the outdoors came through in a hunting-themed groom’s cake and antler decor, and a huge part of what they enjoy doing together. Jamie has a radiant, bombshell smile, and Edward was all smiles the whole day (getting married and moonshine will do that to a man). We had a great time covering your wedding and really enjoyed getting to know you and your families at all the shoots we had together. Congratulations and best wishes for your future!
Jamie and Edward were married Saturday at Spring Creek Event Center in Victoria, Texas. A couple who ordered the triple package with an engagement shoot, a bridal, and their wedding, which lets me get to know them and their personality so much better and helps me design their shoot to show off their personalities. Edward’s daughter Aneysa is a professional hair and makeup artist for all the shoots, and I loved having her there to touch up hair flyaways, blot skin, and make sure everything was in place. Their wedding was able to show their tender but playful love toward each other, their love of the outdoors and hunting, and the closeness of their family and friends. There’s more to come from this beautiful wedding when I get the rest edited!
Jamie’s dad hauled his 1951 vintage Chevy truck all the way to Austin from Victoria, TX for her bridal session at Texas Old Town in Kyle. And it was worth it! Jamie once again had fun props from her cowboy boots, hunting rifle, her old red “Going to Grandma’s House” suitcase from her childhood now repurposed as her wedding makeup kit, and of course this amazing electric blue truck. The weather was drizzly and overcast that day, but it was dry enough to shoot in the open by the time the sun set. Jamie and Edward will be getting married in Victoria in a few weeks, so it’s my turn for a road trip! I love working with couples through their engagement, bridal, and wedding shoots because it’s always like making new friends.
