Jamie Bridal | Texas Old Town | Kyle Wedding Photography

Jamie’s dad hauled his 1951 vintage Chevy truck all the way to Austin from Victoria, TX for her bridal session at Texas Old Town in Kyle. And it was worth it! Jamie once again had fun props from her cowboy boots, hunting rifle, her old red “Going to Grandma’s House” suitcase from her childhood now repurposed as her wedding makeup kit, and of course this amazing electric blue truck. The weather was drizzly and overcast that day, but it was dry enough to shoot in the open by the time the sun set. Jamie and Edward will be getting married in Victoria in a few weeks, so it’s my turn for a road trip! I love working with couples through their engagement, bridal, and wedding shoots because it’s always like making new friends.

Sneak Peek | Jamie Bridal | Texas Old Town | Kyle Wedding Photographer

Jamie came up from Victoria, TX for her bridal at Texas Old Town with her dad’s 1951 hauled up with her. The rustic spot was a perfect match to show off her personality for all things outdoors, hunting, and south Texas. I loved working with her again after her engagement session with fiancé, Edward, and can’t wait to edit the rest of this session!

Zoee & George | Summer Moon Cafe | Buda Engagement Photography

George asked Zoee to marry him over a Mt Bonnell sunrise, and presented her the gift of a romantic photo shoot to celebrate their engagement. Like a true gentleman let her clean up out of her jogging suit to put on makeup before meeting for photos later that day! I had a wonderful time starting to get to know them at Summer Moon Cafe on Main Street in Buda, Texas. The store fronts are fantastic, quaint locations for portraits with the vintage masonry and lush landscaping. They wanted an unposed session, romantic but not sappy or too private, so we spent some time chatting over mugs planning a casual photo shoot. I think these images capture their personalities with a little fun, a quiet romance, beautiful people with a deep connection and long-lasting friendship that makes them perfect for one another. I wish you both good luck in your future as you set a date and plan your wedding and lives together!
